If you really care about public safety

State Senatoe Steve Martin said TRAP laws were about providing safe outpatient care. If this is true than you should make all outpatient centers comply to the regulations. Fact is colonoscopy centers, oral surgeons, plastic surgeons, and surgicenters, all perform procedures of either equal or greater risk. Indeed these other care centers often implement anesthesia , which in and of itself presents far more risk than the procedures themselves.  In addition the cross sections of patients often includes the elderly and chronically ill who also present more inherent risk than a women of reproductive age who seeks to terminate in the first trimester  or is seeking Plan B or RU-485medication . (Only first trimester termination is permitted in Virginia outside of a hospital) . Fact is The right to privacy and Roe v Wade is settled law and bullying the Board of Health was an overreach of authority that will not go unanswered by voters. We will remember in November
