I would appreciate an explanation of why these laws are being applied only to abortion providers and not to other outpatient clinics that perfomr more invasive procedures like vasectomies and more dangerous ones like liposuction.

The testimony from medical experts clearly demostrates that TRAP regulations are excessive and unnecessary. In fact it states that rather than protect the health of women these laws will harm women's health by limiting or even eliminating access to clinics. Most will be forced to close due to the costs of these burdensome and unneeded regulations. One clinic in the state has already shut it's doors becasue of this.

It appears that the BOH has caved in the intimidation from Ken Cuchinelli and submitted to his thinly velied attack on access to abortion services.
