If TRAP is enacted, it could force the majority of Virginia's women's health centers to close and keep thousands of women from accessing the essential medical care they need.

The high standard of care provided by women's health care centers is proven by their safety record. Abortion being one of the safest medical procedures performed at these centers. Overegulation (TRAP) will limit access to a wide range of preventive reproductive health care services provided by women's health care clinics.

For these reasons TRAP should not be enacted.
