This is one of the most offensive and underhanded pieces of legislation that I have seen come fully out of the Virginia senate in a long time.   Using oppressive legislative tatics as opposed to education and access to preventitive measure to make abortions rare (you know, safe, legal, and rare), will only backfire.  If this passes we will all suffer.  You, me, and our children will loose.  There is no need to regulate abortion providers like this.
