I'm very concerned that my state's legislature sees fit to impose unneccessary regulations on medical procedures that are already overseen by experts.  This is a clear example of legislative overreach, and it's transparent that the government's real interest here is to limit access to a procedure which is not only legal, but a protected constitutional right.

This is something that we will be embarrassed about as a state less than a decade after it's passed (of course, many of us are embarrassed now).
