I support this reinforcement of medical standards for abortion clinics. A woman's safety should not be at the mercy of an unregulated medical facility. Her life could be threatened because the bottom line outweighs her well being. An abortion clinic should provide equal if not better care than any other medical facility and these regulations will aid in achieving that objective.
