If we are truly talking about women's health, then we should do everything within our power to make sure that women are safe.  Many reports show these abortion clinics are poorly kept and unclean.  There has been a rise of women fatality in abortion clinics nationwide.  The reason is that these places are not well regulated.  Let's please use common sense put politics aside and note that if we are being truly honest with ourselves, that we want women in the safest environment that the state can provide.   Keep the regulations.
