To Whom it May Concern,

Please do not add regualtions to women's health clinics that do not improve access or quality of care, but only serve to create costly burdens. These regulatory changes will cause harm to the women who are most vulnerable in terms of health care access. When health centers close, women are less likely to get the screening and preventative care they need, driving up the cost of health care for everyone when these women eventually are diagnosed for illnesses that could have been prevented or treated at a much earlier stage. The TRAP regulations are a BAD idea for health care in the Commonwealth!
