I am a private citizen and just happened across this issue.  I think that abortion clinics should have the same safety standards as hospitals.  In the past clinics have shown they are unable to regulate themselves.  I think it is terrible that patients could be put in unsafe situations without their knowledge.  I don't think it matters what side of the abortion debate you are on, we should all be pro women and care about the safety of women. If abortion clinics are unable to regulate themselves because of profit, then I think it is the governments job to step in and regulate them for public safety.  Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
