I urge you to accept science over religious hype in this matter. You are forcing clinics which provide abortion to adopt severe regulations that mimic hospital requirements, while not forcing those requirements on other outpatient clinics. People can practice their own religion, but they cannot legislate it. If you persist in these types of strategies, you are legislating a particular unscientific view that belongs to several very conservative denominations and independent churches. I urge you to use the common sense I would hope the people elected you for, and require no more of these clinics than you do of others similarly situated. Inevitably, if these regulations are completely approved, they will be the subejct of litigation which will be quite costly to the Commonwealth.  And all of us, even those who oppose TRAP regulations, will be forced to pay to defend the indefensible.
