Women have a right to  access to the reproductive-health care and safe, legal abortion. Reproductive care is essential for both the mother and the child.  A birth of a child with insufficient nutrition or unnecessary medical complications damages the baby, the mother and society.  Do not close health care centers - extend and expand them.

As for the right to abortion, the Supreme Court ruled in 1973 that a woman has the right to an abortion until the fetus is vaiable and can live outside the womb, though it might require artificial support.  Viability is usually defined at 28 weeks, maybe 24.   

We need competent, loving parents and healthy new borns.  Such conditions are good for the parents, the baby and the country.  Do not limit access  to health care centers!!!!!!!
