I am writing to express my objections to the new regulations proposed.  These extensive, burdensome requirements for clinic buildings are unrelated to the services health centers provide and have no proven medical benefit will reduce or eliminate patient access to health care. I believe that these regulations are politically motivated by those who wish to outlaw abortion completely, and are doing it in a back handed way given that it is a legal procedure.
