I’ve just read through the text of the proposed regulation. Though I’m not conversant with regulations applicable to organizations that provide medical services for the general public in Virginia, I see nothing I wouldn’t judge to be prudent safeguards for patients of such organizations, including businesslike record keeping that they ought to maintain for review proper authorities.

For the consideration of those who will deliberate and vote to determine the fate of the proposed regulation, let me add this personal impression I gained by perusing samplings of pro and con comments:

I sense a political appearance, rather than sincerity of intent among responses from

many, many who twist the title of the bill into the acronym “TRAP”.
