I strongly encourage you to make the abortion regulations permanent.  It is evident that it is needed in Virginia given the issues already cited by health inspectors at the various abortion clinics in Virginia.  Given the situation with the horrific events that took place with Kermit Gosnell's abortion clinic in which the health inspectors failed in doing their jobs, it is all the more imperative that abortion clinics in Virginia be inspected to ensure this travesty does not happen in our state.
