Until we can come to an agreement as to the time that human life begins (hint: conception), then let's do our best to keep the poor women who succumb to the pressure to abort as safe as possible during a legal abortion.  The abortion industry should not be left to regulate themselves.

I strongly support the current regulations on abortion centers approved overwhelmingly by the Board of Health.  These regulations should be made permanent and continue to include the strongest standards.
