Anytime that a medical procedure takes place, it should happen in a sterile environment. You cannot tell me that it would be okay if I went to my ob/gyn and saw dried blood on the stirrups. I would be appalled! You want to keep the abortion clinics up and running? Clean them and disinfect the way they should be! Get some higher medical standards or close them down!
