I have been a registered nurse since 1984. I have worked in 8 hospitals over the years, and have been involved in preparing for state inspections for them. 

Abortion clinics need to be held to high standards of practice to insure the safety of women who make that decision.  The only way to do that is for them to be subject to periodic inspections by the state.  Otherwise, they will cut corners to try to save money at the expense of women's health.

The clinic regulations are reasonable and necessary.
