The clinics/facilities should be regulated the same as every other health care facility and standards should be the same across the board. please uphold the proposed regulations. If it is healthcare then treat it as such, especially an invasive procedure such as abortion (even if it is called "elective"). The proposed regulations are minimum of what they should be, standards for other business practices can be far harsher and yet it is easier to get an abortion then to eat at a restaurant or adopt a pet or find childcare.
