These proposed regulations are ridiculous. How does Virginia want to be viewed by the rest of the country - as a backward place where basic women's health services are difficult or impossible to come by? As a place where the wealthy can access services, by traveling out of state if necessary, but the poor are stuck with no options? This is not the way to attract businesses or high-value workers to the Commonwealth.
