These TARP regulations are nothing more than a political agenda and an attempt to control the lives of women in Virginia. i woudl directly address the regulations themselves, but there is nothing about them that is either necessary nor meaningful. They are ridiculous. Women recognize this and will respond accordingly during the next election cycle.  For the Republican party to continue to alienate numerous segments of our society only spells extinction for that same party.  I use to be Republican.  Watching your actions during these last few years, it has become apparent that you value neither my citizenship, my equality, my choices nor my ability to control my own life.   I will vote accordingly.
