Please don't allow Virginia to continue to be an example of a state which passes laws with the obvious purpose of stopping what is constitutionally legal.  I'm ashamed to say I am a Virginian when laws are passed with no proven medical necessity or benefit, which have the effect of preventing reproductive health care services for women, particularly low income, uninsured, minority women.
