I support repealing the ban on weapons in EMS vehicles and on the persons of EMS personnel.  These brave men and wome deserve to be able to defend themselves should the need arise.  They are often responding to the same very dangerous scenes as our police officers, and they deserve to have the same means of self-defense as police and even as ordinary citizens!  Why would anyone believe it should be otherwise?
