i TOTALLY support the effort to end the policy of shackling pregnant prisoners during pregnancy and especially during childbirth.  It is inhumane and totally unnecessary.

This is unconscionable.  If there were more women in the houses of the legislature, this would not be tolerated FOR A MINUTE.  Get with it, guys.

To put this into perspective, I am 78 years old.
