I am a volunteer teacher for OAR of Fairfax County and have taught "Responsible Fatherhood" in the Adult Detention Center for six years.

I request that the Board of Corrections listen closely to the comments of the women who have delivered babies.  I cannot even imagine giving birth period but to do so while restrained must be near torture.  Please end forever the use of shackles in this case.
