I strongly oppose the shackling of a pregant inmate during delivery. Basic decency dictates we allow anyone dignity during such  a precious moment. Besides that, there is no evidence whatsoever of any problems where this practise has been suspended. So let's make Virginia more humane and stop this unnecessary policy.
