Oh come on! You've got to stop chaining women in the process of birthing to anything.

If there is ever a time when a person needs a little freedom to move it's during labor and delevery.

Just because these are correctional facilities, does not mean you don't have to behave in a moral fashion.

This practice is an outrage.

So, I offerthis one word solution: stop.
