After reading the proposed changes to 8VA20-40, I concur with VAG's recommended changes.  Unlike many others leaving comments, I do not think the proposed changes will destroy gifted education.

Despite what any written plan may say, the administrators and educators in our local districts will have the most impact on gifted education.  I agree with the annual feedback our local districts will get through the proposed changes.

Ultimately all education is local.
