In this time of No Child Left Behind, when our tax dollars are often spent on services to students on one end of the educational spectrum to meet those requirements, it is even more critical we do not reduce funding to our students on the opposite end of that same spectrum.  We need to support their gifted educational needs as well, so they are not "left behind" in our educational process in Virginia.
