Goals of Regulation To offer coordinated managed care for seniors and indivduals with disabilities. To integrate the full range of Medicaid benefits (and Medicare benefits for those that are dually eligible) into a coordinated delivery system for seniors and individuals with disabilities to utilize resources more effectively, improve outcomes, achieve cost containment goals, and enhance budget predictability.
