Description Provides a list of diseases, the occurrence of which physicians must report to the agency so that the agency may act to control them.
State Authority 32.1-35. The list of reportable diseases itself and any amendments thereto are exempt from the APA pursuant to COV Section 2.2-4002 (A)(22 ) .
