General Information
Action Summary As required by Chapter 505 of the 2015 Acts of the Assembly, the Board of Pharmacy is promulgating regulations “relating to the training, packaging, labeling, and recordkeeping” for repackaging of prescription drug orders dispensed to a patient and delivered to a program of all-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE) site licensed by the Department of Social Services and overseen by the Department of Medical Assistance Services. Repackaging requirements are identical to those previously adopted for a similar purpose at community services boards and behavioral health authorities.
