General Information
Action Summary The amendments make the following changes: Remove the requirement for a booster dose of diphtheria or tetanus-containing vaccine at 6th grade entry. Remove the 5-year interval language from the requirement for a booster dose of pertussis-containing vaccine at the 6th grade entry. Remove the word “susceptible” from the varicella vaccine requirement. Modify the pneumococcal vaccine requirement to include children up to 60 months of age.

Executive Branch Review This Action is exempt from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act. The normal executive branch review process is not required. As such, it can be submitted directly for publication and is effective upon publication.
