| Action Summary |
This action repeals a VDOT Department Policy Memoranda Manual (DPM) memorandum that was filed by description as an APA-exempt regulation concerning the criteria used by the Commonwealth Transportation Board when deciding whether to transfer roads from the State Secondary System to the State Primary System . VDOT has determined that it is more appropriate to classify the criteria as a Guidance Document. When the criteria were updated, VDOT sought approval from the Commonwealth Transportation Board to repeal the existing criteria as a regulation and approve the reclassification of the new criteria as a Guidance Document. New criteria will be added to VDOT's List of Guidance Documents. |
