General Information
Action Summary Revise the regulations to be simplier, easier to understand, and more user-friendly. Additionally, the revisions to the Human Rights regulations will assure that duplicate or redunant activities are eliminated. These actions will result in enhanced individual protections for individuals receiving services including those under the DOJ settlement agreement.
