| Action Summary |
The recodification of Title 3.1, which became effective October 1, 2008, makes it necessary to update any Title 3.1 reference in the regulation with the new Title 3.2.
Section 20 subsection D of the regulation reads “A one-time application fee plus an annual license fee as set forth in § 3.1-763.5:4 of the Code of Virginia will be required of each licensee.” This regulatory action will delete the reference to § 3.1-763.5:4 and replace it with § 3.2-6038.
