Comment on the petition is requested until May 1, 2011.
Following receipt of all comments on the petition to amend regulations, the petition request will be considered by the Board of Nursing at its meeting on May 17, 2011 to decide whether to make any changes to the regulatory language. Given the breadth of the petition, it is likely that statutory changes would have to be made by the Virginia General Assembly in order to accomplish some of the petition request. |
