Effective October 1, 2019, Title 55 of the Code of Virginia (Property and Conveyances) will be repealed and replaced by Title 55.1. The recodification will affect chapters in the Code of Virginia pertaining to common interest communities, including the Property Owners’ Association Act and the Condominium Act.
