| Purpose of the meeting A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Virginia Housing Development Authority will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 in the Board Room on the first floor of the Virginia Housing Development Authority Headquarters Building located at 601 S. Belvidere Street, Richmond, Virginia. New Commissioner training will be conducted 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on October 5, 2016 in Room 457 on the fourth floor. The following meetings of the committees of the Board of Commissioners will be held at such address at the dates and times and in the rooms set forth: Executive Committee/ October 4, 2016, 5:00 PM/Board Room, First Floor; Finance and Audit Committee/October 5, 2016, 9:00 AM/Richmond 2, First Floor; Operations Committee/October 5, 2016, 9:00 AM/Board Room, First Floor; Committee of the Whole/October 5, 2016, 9:30 AM/Board Room, First Floor. The Committees and the Board may also meet during meals and before the meetings on October 4 and 5, 2016. Public comment is to be received at the beginning of the meeting of the Board of Commissioners scheduled to commence on October 5, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. | |
