| Purpose of the meeting This Public Hearing is being held in accordance with Section 45.1-184.1 of the Code of Virginia on a permit application for a quarry off Route 71 approximately 1 mile north of Dickensonville, VA. The permit application is entitled “Russell County High-Cal Quarry”, and was submitted by the Rogers Group, Inc. The permit documents will be available for review by the public, beginning at 6:00PM. The Public Hearing will begin at 7:00 PM, and public comment will be taken at that time. | |
