| Purpose of the meeting A public meeting to discuss technical issues and receive public input on the permit reissuance request for the addition of new sites for the land application of biosolids by the Maury Service Authority. Maury Service Authority has applied for the addition of sites to its VPDES permit that authorizes the land application of Class B biosolids at standard agronomic rates to agricultural fields in Rockbridge County. The Applicant proposes to add four sites consisting of twenty-two new fields with a total of 326.7 acres.
