Revise regulations: compensate for school closings resulting from a declared state of emergency
Purpose of legislation
Permits the Board of Education to waive the requirement that local school divisions provide additional teaching days to compensate for school closings resulting from a declared state of emergency without a proportionate reduction in funding.
