This guidance provides DEQ staff with the implementation policies for the new underground storage tank regulations that became effective on January 1, 2018. A separate guidance document will be created for the regulatory requirements that must be completed by January 1, 2021. This guidance will be incorporated into Volume III of the Storage Tank Program Compliance Manual.
