These proposed requirements are not medically necessary, and will serve to limit access.  Women of means will be able to travel wherever they need to, and women without means will lose options.  No fair (and you know it).  It already makes Virginia look bad that you are considering it.  Reeaallllyy bad. Please do not adopt these indefensible regulations.
