Any facility performing medical procedures of any kind should be regulated, period.  Regardless of which side of the aisle you stand politically, everyone must acknowledge that any medical procedure brings serious risks, and the health and safety of those having that procedure needs to be a priority.  The only way to assure patient safety is to uphold these regulations.
