The Board of Health should make decisions based on health-based concerns and science, not politics.   Forcing hospital regulations on women's health centers has no basis in need.  It is an effort to insert politics into health decisions.   Abortions are safer than plastic surgery and many other outpatient procedures.   If the concern was actually health, all similiarly situationed facilities would be included.
