It is a sad commentary on a society that kills their next generation.  However, any facility that performs a medical procedure MUST be strictly regulated to protect the users of the clinic.  Self-policing is not an option in this Commonwealth.  We must hold to high standards that current technology allows in order to protect our citizens.  No facility should be allowed to operate in this Commonwealth without the same standards as we require of all our hospitals.  Please ensure that ALL facilities operating in this Commonwealth are regulated to the same high standards.  Thank you.
