Access to women's health services that are affordable are vital to the health of women in VA.  Low income/uninsured women already have so few choices.  Unneccesary regulations that are not based on medical evidence, but rather to drive an anti-choice agenda, imposes an even greater burder to these women.  While abortion is an important service, it is not the only service provided by these centers.  Family planning, cancer screening and STD detection and treatment are vital services to the health of citizens.  Overregulation of these centers will affect these services as well.   Please ensure that these regulations are not implemented so that the centers providing health services may continue to serve a population that needs those services.
