Abortion is a tragedy.  Dirty, mismanaged facilities are unthinkable -- reminds one of the "back alley" horrors that were supposedly going to be eliminated with the legalization of this murder.  Women deserve hospital-clean facilities -- and may God grant them mercy and peace.
