It is uncanny how accurately the opening of Charles Dickens' "A Tale of two Cities" captures how these times are for us.

We do nothing about unreported rape in our churches, from our athletic teams, from our military and we take away access and affordability for treating emergency pregnancies in good medical centers with an unparalleled safety record.  A plea for sanity as you consider these overreaching draft regulations that will apply only to centers like ours. Not dermatologists, endoscopic practices, not even to the other in-office procedures we provide at our center.  If this is supposed to be for women’s safety then why is the Virginia Coalition to Protect Women’s Health so concerned?  If this is supposed to be for women’s safety then why are you not concerned about the 4 women who are seen in their doctor’s office for abortioncare just because it is only 4 women.
