Rich women can travel to make their choices.  Poor women are not being allowed to make their own decisions about their bodies.  Trusting women to make choices is the essence of this decision.  The very trickery of this regulation assures that legislators are not brave enough to hold discussion and listen to the responses of the citizens.  Please be forthright about your decisions.  These regulations are a disgrace to mothers, daughters, girlfriends.
